At first, I thought a new quiver in the making !

But I am glad I grabbed the camera.

Beware of all enterprises that require a new suit.

Don't give up what you want most for what you want now.

Little Tree

That is sweet! Thanks for sharing.

Shaun

He's too dang cute. Wait for the big ol' grumpy one for a quiver.

you never know with badgers. I have seen them close; and had no problems; but also I have seen them chase a grown man as if they had a meal plan.

Nice photos  :)
THE VOICES HAVEN'T BOTHERED ME SINCE I STARTED POKING THEM WITH A Q-TIP.

Izzy

Awsome pics,Ive seen them roadkilled in Wyo,but never live ones.Real pretty critters. How close was he?

Sweet pics.  Looks like you and he were very close.  Those things can be just pure mean even if they look like they want to be petted.

Tree Killer

So Bob, did you reach over and scratch him behind the ear's?  ;)

If you've never been close to a Badger, they smell just like a skunk.  :saywhat:

For hunting to have a future, we must invest ourselves in future hunters.

Tree Killer....

IMHO - They smell worse than a skunk!

They will also "tree" a hunting guide on top of a T-post.  Now that is something to see.

Thank you for sharing with us. I bet if you had one of them for a pet on the back porch you would never have to worry about the coons gettin the garbage.  Brokenwing

Excellent photos.  Please tell me you didn't scratch him behind the ears LOL.
Except during the nine months before he draws his first breath, no man manages his affairs as well as a tree does.

Big Sneaky

Beware of critters that can run as fast backwards as they can forwards.  Have had quite a few run in's with badgers and they can be mean.
Always keep the wind in your face, and an arrow nocked.

Roadkill

I have a pelt with claws here in my office for reference.  Those are great photos and I smile every time I look at them.  Thanks for making a very cold day here, warmer.
