I've hunted black bear in Ontario, Quebec, Arkansas and Maine. If I were to go again, Stickflingers is where I'd go. The possibility of taking a color phase bear would make for an awesome trip! Good luck to you and be sure to share pictures of your trip with us.

You are going to experience quite an epic adventure! The country revels in its uniqueness, the native culture and wildlife is unforgettable, great guides that will become your friends....and I might add that the land you will visit is nothing less than a world class bear factory.

I went a couple of years ago and its top on my list of all the places I have visited in my own 45 years of adventures. I have a hunt booked there for about this time next year and can't wait.  You're going to have a blast!
