I usually use a pressure strip on the overlay, but the clamps weren't busy and with .050 glass , don't think I needed it... :biglaugh:

Ahh, you guys who build the same bows sometimes...

I should but haven't, just like the profile sander for risers.  Guess I ought to build more bows to make myself do that! :biglaugh:

They are all looking good. I am starting Monday on three risers. Y'all can pic the riser you like best as any of y'all could be the victim !

Thought we was gonna get washed away yesterday almost 3 in. rain. Anyhow got some done today Roy that riser is osage and yellow stable maple with some accents. Gothe tips overlayed and riser ruffed out.

I wasn't able to get as much done other than rough cutting the risers. The accents have not arrived yet so still waiting ,however, as promised here are risers to choose from. 14" or 16" riser. So either a 56 or 58" hybrid. Hard maple with either ebony substitute of Claro walnut for the footings on either riser. The pic with the drawings on the paper shows the silver inlay work on the side of the limb pads and the center g10 rod inlays. I am leaning toward the maple and ebony substitute as I think the sterling silver will pop well. If y'all want the walnut I would inlay the same but with copper which would match the limb bolt washers.
