Old Herter's Bow - ID?

Afternoon!

I acquired this bow about 20 years ago (my dad bought it at a garage sale for $30) and was about to donate it to our local Goodwill..and thought before I did that.. I'd reach out to see if any of you had information on this bow.  I have no idea if this is a bow I should reconsider keeping.

Any bow that old that looks that good is worth keeping.

Looks like a CZ 17 early 60's bow. It's a keeper if in good condition. Some where there is a code to the serial number for year, month and production model.
