Early, slim metal riser "Take-Apart" bows ....

we're looking at late '60s, poss into early '70s here
.... Wing PII style bows
.... but with metal riser! E.g. Spartan II, Carroll's Lewis, Winder, Gentleman Jim
.... What years did these bows come to market?

Here's a British made bow,

possibly made as early as '67 (although yet to be confirmed)
- dating primarily based on the bowyers patent application for the limb attachment method
- bowyers signature & patent appl on the lower limb (& yes it could be like Bear's '53 patent on his bows).

Wings metal handled were the Competition II, Herter's had very skinny metal takedowns, of course Bear Kodiak Mag TD, Shakespeare Proline had metal handles, Browning Folding Hunter and target models, Grove Flame Hunter TD and metal target was GS300, and I'm sure many others. These all were in the late 1960's/early 1970's.

Earliest dates I can find for those bows mentioned by Kelly are:
'69 Groves GS 300 II
'69 ARI Golden Eagle ....later for Shakespeare/Proline - but these weren't of a PII "style".
'70 for Wing Comp II, ditto for Carroll's GJ.
'70 Spartan II (was this compatible with PII limbs?)

Anyone got any other dates/references pls?
