How to stop email notifications???

Ok.  I've gone into my profile and notifications.  I unchecked both boxes but I'm still getting emails about replies to topics I've posted on.  How do I turn that off?

I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

I think I figured it out...

Had to go into the second line and select "nothing at all".  Should know within a day or two if it's working.
