Words can't explain the satisfaction of killing my first animal with a bow I crafted with my own hands and select tools. I couldn't have done it without all of the helpful people here on Trad Gang and for that I am truly grateful. It is an honor and pleasure to be among so many fine helpful individuals on this site. Thanks to you all for your patience and helpful answers! Plenty of thanks goes out to John Dill of Kanati Bow Quivers for helping me out with strings, bows, arrows quivers, shooting tips, you name it, he has helped me! It's hard to believe that a rinky dink cowhorn buck could make my season after 27 years of bowhunting, but I believe it has. What a great passion... Bowhunting... You can't beat it!

Outstanding! Nice looking bow. I was the same way after building a osage selfbow and shooting a doe with it that winter. Don't get much better!
Good luck on your hunting this year.
