Uncle Ted has a recipe for 'tree rats'.
Take off their little jammies and throw them on a fire.

How much pork can one man eat, ask Sam, from what I can see he must eat pork for every meal, except maybe with the occasional squirrel stew for a change.  lol....

You are the traditional wild boar guru for sure.

I work for the Houston Fire Dept. and we have over 3000 firefighters , and I have a list as long as my arm of guys that want hogs for BBQ. I keep em pretty well stocked with pork. We also donate a lot of them to the Buddhist monks in Austin , and we eat a lot of hog ourselves. I shot right over one about 3 hours ago , but thats ok I have a 160mi drive to work now......

Way to go Sam!  Is that a knife or a handgun on your right hip in Tree Rat pic?
