New post, green arrowhead

I have a new computer with Windows 8.1 operating system. On my new computer the new post arrowhead is green for post as old as 5 days. It used to go black after one visit with my old computer. My question is this, is this because of the new computer and if so how do I fix it?

changes were made yesterday to the "more than 15 posts" icon indicator, and that's what you may be seeing.  refresh/reload the browser page, to be sure.  go to the powwow forum and scroll down to the bottom right to see a listing of topic and post icons.

Thanks Rob. It is different now. The new post are only 1 day old now. The old man was starting to read posts I had already read. ha ha. It is hell getting old.
