Pictures up top

i see on Pow Wow where there are pics posted up top of various tradgang members according to the posts (right now pinecone is up top, but i can't see "her").  i used to could see them...now i can't since we changed over to the new format.  i am so computer illiterate.  What have i done?  Please help....  :(
