Any idea where to get something like this made? I would ask the person who posted it here a long time ago but I forgot who it was! I have tried Binghams jigs and doweling jigs but the just dont work like I had hoped. Any other ideas?

You could build that out of hardwood if you were careful.  You would need to bush the locator pin and the hold down bolt holes.

Another option would be to take the picture and measured drawing to any machine shop. They will be able to make it.  It will cost a bit because it is custom tooling but you know it would be done right.

It is not that complicated that it couldn't be made in a home shop.

Like Pete said a wooden one would be fairly easy to make.  Use a piece of 3/4" cabinet grade plywood for the base and then hardwood for the fence.  Add steel bushings to guide the drill bits.

You could also make a similar jig to cut the angles on the riser too.
