I am building my first takedown recurve got my Glass from bingham projects along with a good blueprint, the only problem is the blueprint gives me no dimensions for the limb wedge. I got my wood laminations cut by a friend and have the wood for the wedge, But what size do I cut it LOL. Any help in this area would be very very greatly appreciated.

binghams uses the following for a 58-62" bow:

length: 8.25"
Height: 3/8"
Length of flat part before the taper around 3" can't really remember and it doesn't matter with their bow design as long as the flat part extends past the bolt hole in the limb so your bolts are sitting flat.

I'm sure you this but you can buy wedges off of them if you want to make a pattern. i think they are around 10$

Thanks TradBowyer, I called bingham this morning before I checked this posting and founf out that they use 10.25"x3/8" instead of the 8.25. hehe I also was talking to a guy and ended up with a fairly large number fo cedar lams for free, some are 1.75" and some are 2" by 36 " long, nice looking wood and varying thicknesses. thinking bout trying a cedar and glass lam bow next
