Check out my first osage......turkey feather backed bow

Here is my first attempt at a self bow. I have been working on here and there since Feb or March. I have to thank Darren Shue for giving me the osage stave for the bow. I wanted to do something that I had never seen on a bow before, so I decided to try backing it with Turkey feathers from a bird I got this spring. Let me know what you think. I also put walnut side plates and shelf on it, which might be a sin to the hard core osage guys.

Also, what do you think I can put of the wood and the feathers that will seal off the feathers and also no crack.   http://[/IMG]

Here is a pic at full draw. There is a hinge in the bottow third of the bottom limb that I could not get rid of.
