Nicely done!  You make the pins yourself?  I just finished gluing up some mosaic pins for a bubinga handled-damascus bushcraft blade.... but not as nice as those!

thanks guys!  the top knife i'm embarassed to say is made of scraps i had laying around the shop.  the wood is wenge i had left over for some tip overlays and the pin i think i got from a real knife makers shop floor.  the guard is a stip of bison horn, that was left over from the static recurve i recently posted.  the butt cap was left over from a piece of ivory.  now the checkered design between the wenge is tricky.  it's a starburst pattern fitted together then sandwiched with epoxy.  for the bottom knife, i used walnut burl for the grip.  it's too soft for tip overlays so i had to use it for something.  i enjoy knife making but it's something i do on the side.  i hate to have idle time around the shop so i work on knives when i don't have time to work on my other hobbies.  thanks again fellows for the kind words.
