Well after a busy fall. I found my self with some un-scheduled time yesterday afternoon. What can I do?  I had some irrigation dams that need taken care of, at the other end of the ranch so figured I should make my time productive as possible since that's what I get paid for.

Grabbed "TeJoe" my >>-- Super Shrew Samurai---> 56"---58#@ 27" I pull 29.5" and all my QUIRKY stuff that tags along. Like the AD Trad wrapped, interceptor tipped arrow. My Roughcountry Specialty side quiver and #1 knife. My To small for him Charlie Lam"o" American Leathers "Big Shot". Everything that I hunt with has been pre owned, EVERYTHING yep even those. I am very QUIRKY in that respect, I want my friends along with me ALL THE TIME.  "TeJoe"  Terry Green & Joe Coots Bow.

The story Vance, no one cares how quirky you are.   :scared:    Nope I went totally un-noticed over the rise and inta the ditch on the other side. That part was hard on an ole FAT BOY. This ditch can take me right up behind another cabin, I'll be 20 yards or so from my intended. Ya gotta stay low son or yer gonna get spotted.

I have done 100s of miles duck walking in the service with a pack, that's what this calls for DUCK WALKin, two waddles   :scared:      ( more bad words more askin for forgiveness).  That sound was not only disturbing to me but now everything was in FAST FORWARD. From that point on, every thing that transpired was totally from countless hours of practice pure instinct took hold. Second arrow out on string anchor and away. She had gained a couple three yards in this time and was on the trot, I remember seeing the pocket on her side thinking if  I do my part "TeJoe" is more than capable of getting it done, a Scary Sharp Woodsman should end it very quickly as well. The mystical flight of this arrow seemed to hang forever, no bobbles, no quirky little flight at all, despite a cross wind. Now the pocket was full of Yellow Fletching, a crimson vapor mist was in the air, both in front of her as well as behind her. It took less than a heart beat in mid stride.

The time was now that as bow hunters we take with Bitter Sweet, Thanksgiving and Reverance.

You really like dem cookies dontcha bro? I think you got the upper hand at the tradin blanket: you know antelope is her favorite and I....I mean...the shiftless hunter she's married to didn't kill one this year.

That's a fine bow, she's taken game with all three owners now.
