That looks like a lot of fun. Nice setup your buddy has Skyler. Whats the poundage on the blue fiberglass bow? I have one that feels like about 40#, just wondering if it would work for bowfishing.

I wonder something... do you guys clean this crap after shoot it... i mean. In my country when we catch crap, we put it in clean water, and feed him for day or two to clean itself...meat is much better after.
How is with this arrow wound? Is it too much shock for animal to stay alive?
Will you eat that? If not, why did you kill it?

Benny Nganabbarru

G'day Maj! Some folks think carp and crap are one and the same, especially here in Australia where the Murray River is concerned...but the words do mean distinctly different things! Thanks for the giggle though, mate!

And well-done to Skyler and crew! Are carp a feral menace in the USA? They are here.

Cheers,

Ben

Great job Skyler and crew.  I'd love to spend some time shooting with your bunch.  Looks like you really know what your doing.  That boat takes the cake, makes mine look like a tin can!

Those fish are stinkin pigs!!!! Congrats!!!          :clapper:    :clapper:
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.
