Looking at one of these, any feedback will help as I am not savvy with this kind of stuff. Also, Any good places to buy from online? That kind of spooks me as it can have some problems. Thank you All

Just picked up the Canon Vixia hfs200, a nice HD camera from canon.  Look on their website and you can buy a refurbished camera directly from them at a good price. So far I like the functionality and options of the camera - getting it's maiden voyage to the woods this weekend.

Thanks Austin, Let me know how it works for you. I want to film some hunting but also some video from my shop and such like that. I will be looking for a field report when you get one,
Nice fox in your profile, Trapped? I used to do some ADC work. Love trapping.

Yep, got him 2 years ago with a blind set along a woodline. My first and only fox to date but I have high hopes for this year.

I am seriously looks at the canon Vixia HF G10. It is rated really well and takes good low light video...something I feel is important when using in the woods and capturing hunting footage. I like to look at sites like  www.cnet.con  to get their review of products and also look at pricing with a wide range of internet stores on their site.  I also Google whatever I am looking for to see what prices come up there.  I am careful  to buy from stores with good ratings.
If I buy this unit I will have a good low light Panasonic HD camcorder for sale.

I sent you a PM with an offer on my Panasonic. If you do not want it I am going to put it up on TradGang. If I sell it I will be getting the Canon Vixia HF G10. I have done a lot of reading on sites that review camera and camcorders and while expensive is very well rated and is excellent in low light.
