Prayer need for myself please!

Going to have the scope done in both ends tomorrow morning and praying for good results.
Took my first set of Laxatives last
night for the prep and second dose tonight.
Liguid clear diet all day today.
Also I have been on a diet for several weeks and Praise God I have already lost 14 pounds in 14 days. Taking in between 1100 and 1200 calories a day and goal is to lose 100 pounds by March 2018.
I started with a purge diet called the Shread diet where you drink some smoothies with blueberry,strawberry's,bananas,unfiltered apple juice etc.
Eat fresh oven roasted vegetables and salads watching the dressings and first week was easy second week a bit harder. Walking a lot.
At 53 and three little girls I need a major change in my eating habits to be around .
I was 296.1 # and heaviest I ever been. Don';t drink,don't smoke but loved to eat so please if it isn't much to ask I need lots of prayer to keep on this for life.

Thank you everyone and all went well this morning. Got there at 6:30 a.m. and everything was done by 7:35 a.m.
Had a few things he took care of in the bottom and did a biopsy to send to lab on the upper G.I.where I had a 1" area that set me in a fit when ever I ate something .
I have some meds. my wife will pick up tonight to start taking for a while and need to really start eating more and more fiber.Praying that it's nothing and will heal with proper eating habits.
Thank You Lord for answered prayers in Jesus name.

I got the book FAT CHANCE and lived it...pounds melted off, acid reflux went away when stopped eating sweet stuff unless God made it sweet...

Worked...Harder to do here in this area of TN as produce is a last thought...everything is fried seems and fresh vegs look like what I throw out... got a garden but they don't do well and then that's only for a short blip on radar...

Biopsy is how those birds make their money, but it's good to keep things checked and to adopt a healthier lifestyle, Keith...
