Waiting for another ct scan to see what's happened with the cancer. The Dr wants to do surgery again so I'm praying the tumor has shrunk or is gone. Thanks for the prayers.

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

I echo your prayers, Galen, but you've done so well this long, regardless of the outcome, I trust as do you, that the Lord has your back...and front, and insides --all in His Control!

Prayers for healing, discernment, strength and conviction to embrace His Will.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

We met with the surgeon and the oncologist today to review the ct scan from last week. It appears that the tumors have grown about another centimeter each. The surgeon thinks we should wait another 6 months and do another scan. The oncologist prefers to get another scan in 4 months and another blood test in 2 months. One tumor is growing around the tube between the left kidney and the bladder. This is causing the left kidney to be affected slightly. Since I'm not having any health issues from it we're watching and waiting as long as we can. So it's good news I just wish it was gone but that's not the case. I am tremendously thankful for how well I feel. Thanks everyone for your prayers.
