Good Luck Buddy! I know all to well what your going through.Its been a year since surgery and I am just now getting to a point were I think I will be pain free. My injury went 3 years with out diagnoses so it was a lot to build up what I lost. I have been strength training at the gym and she is slowly coming around.

Glad the surgery went well...just gonna take time and some work to get back in shape.Before you know it you'll be arm wrestling 'Swamp Thing' again.   :p  Best wishes,Joe!
