Prayers for Firefighter

One of our volunteer firefighters was burned today fighting a wildfire in another county and was taken to the burn center in Oklahoma City. I would appreciate your prayers for him, his wife and little girl.

Volunteer firefighters risk so much for so little and we often forget them. May the Lord bless him and heal him that he may return to his family and community and continue to serve.

WE UNFORTUNITLY ONLY REMEMBER THIS WHEN ONE FALLS. WE ARE SO USE TO THEM PICKING US UP WE SOMETIMES FORGET THEY ARE VALNERABLE ALSO. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.

Brandon received 2nd degree burns on his legs and 3rd degree burns to the back of his hands. He is looking at possible skin grafts to his hands on Friday. Thanks so much for lifting Brandon and his family up in prayer. You guys and gals are the greatest.

God,be with Brandon and his family.Leave them all know that you are right there by their side through this tough time.Little burns hurt Lord,I can't imagine what Brandon's feel like but I pray that you keep him as comfortable as possible and let his body have a complete and quick recovery.Thank you God.Amen

My Prayers go out to Brandon and his Family....I am a 20+ year Firefighter with Dallas. In 98 I was Blown up and Burned from a boobytrap set by a Arsonist. I had skingraft surgery, and spent eight weeks in rehab, so I understand what you have ahead of you Brandon. With the Lords help and his Family, Brandon will come through this. Prayers that Brandon have full recovery and the grafting goes well...and the recovery pain be minimal from burns...

May we stop and add a prayer for all our public servants... perhaps the memory of 9/11 has faded some and we've forgotten how much they do and risk daily--wherever they serve...firefighters, paid and volunteer, EMT's, Police, the families who stand behind them and those who work with them that support their efforts.

Lord, hear our prayers.
