Just talked to mom. She's in the hospital in Omaha. She's had an irregular heartbeat and they gave her 2 shock treatments Friday which didn't work very well. They are trying some medications but she said they don't appear to be working as she can't walk very far without being exhausted. She said the nurses were pretty concerned and the doctor is coming in this AM. Requesting continued prayers for God's perfect will to be done.
Thanks
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

You pretty much have it all covered when you pray for God's perfect will to be done"

I join you in that prayer, and would add that we humbly ask that He find it in his Grace to see your mother fully recovered to Glorify His name.

Talked with my sister and mom came through the procedure OK but will be in the hospital another day so they can observe her. Thanks for the prayers.

Brother, parents' ill health can make us feel as helpless as when kids are sick...

Continued prayers that things take a strong positive turn and Mom finds out what's up and they can focus on getting it fixed.  Meanwhile, May the Lord bless you all and give you peace.
