Tears are just a sign that we're alive! Congrats!  

Seriously, throughout 29 months of unemployment, near misses, hirings that failed before I started due to financial cut backs, etc, etc, tested me mightily.

Never quit believing but I sure did get down and there were many bouts of tears. Cleanes the heart me thinks!

Lord... guide your servant...You know his needs and pain. Let the Holy Spirit minister to him and provide him strength till  Your Will be done. Amen!

Continue to walk in faith.  Was on another thread I suggested a neat short book but Bruce Wilkinson (sp?) who wrote Prayer of Jabez and other books. This one that will tie to your situation, as best I recall was Dream Giver or a title close to that... very cool insights and challenges from scripture.
