Howatt Hi-Speed Dating Help!!

I am dating this bow and need help.  Serial number "H8 3667", curved inlay with brass stabilizer fitting on lower part of handle, 54" length.  Black f-glass limbs.

Any thoughts?  Does the "H8" part mean it is a 1978?

If it has a thin curved stripe in an ovangkol riser then it is a 1973. The first two letters are HS, not H8. The curved stripe was only made from 1972-74.
