Ive had some pretty cool bows but my favorite collectibles are:

Top: Ben Pearson arrow with 6X7 Barbed Ben Pearson Broadhead
Middle: 1960 Northwoods Quiver with Hood
Bottom: St. Charles quiver owned by the late Sterling Harrell and signed by Glenn

Very cool stuff here.  I used to own a butcher block 1959 Grizzly that very well could take the cake for me.

I think the coolest bow I own is this 1967 62" Wing Thunderbird that I have learned is likely a prototype futurewood bow built right before Bob sold Wing.  This bow absolutely smokes arrows.  Nothing classic I have owned compares.  I am going to have it refinished a bit and hunt it.


 


Most guys would thing this should be my prize.  I am the second owner of this bow.  I bought it locally here.  It's really a dream bow for sure.  I have an original stabilizer and the catalog the original owner got when he bought it.  He bought it in 1970 though and the catalog is a '70

Mangonboat - that BP is very cool.  It looks like a shooter for sure!

When Head Ski took over, did they run production on a 62" Futurewood T-bird? I've never seen one.

This thread talks about the Thunderbird I own.  It's not in the best shape, but man it shoots and Kelly described it as likely a prototype and "one rare bird"

Here are some of my bows that are readily available for pics.  I have been collecting for awhile, I have 35-40 bows.  I have been cherry picking them, many were never shot pieces, not anymore!  I really like bear Tijumins,  Wing archery, pearsons, hell I like em all! I have 2 of Bob Swinehart's elephant broadheads. He was the first guy to kill Africa's Big 5 with a bow ( Howard Hill didn't get a rhino) It doesn't get much cooler than that for me!

I can't post a pic on here from my phone. I can email or text a pic to someone if they could post it here. I made a display with one of the elephant heads, a dead head and a Hill head. Swinehart used all 3 on the big 5. Lion,leopard and buff with a deadhead. Rhino with a Hill head.

I have a 10" Detroit Archers patch I like a lot. Only one that I know of  in existence is owned by Johnny Razorhead. Just an odd item. Actually got it on here from a very generous trad gang member.

Mine are my 56 & 60 Kodiak Specials.  I like how the Silver turns to pea soup green.   Both shoot well.

Mine is a not so cool 67' Kodiak Hunter, just a nice old bow. I have a Polar and an Alaskan also. Some of you guys have great collections.........
