Hi Guys, I just picked up a beautiful Bear Tijumin, and a Gelco 800 I am wondring the Value of both, Bear is a solid 9.7, and the gelco looks as though its never been shot.  I am sure the Bear is worth something, but the Gelco I am not sure of its Value.  Thanks Ken

I believe it's "Temujin", and they are good shooting bows if you like big target bows. The Tamerlane was Bear's top of the line target bow and the Temujin was next in line.

The used bow market has been down for a couple years now and the big target bows are even down more, so that bow is worth more than someone is willing to pay IMO.  My guess is you got the bow at a good price...probably under $200.  If you paid over $300, then a bit too much.

As for the Gelco 800, that's a bow from the 50's that sold back then for $50 or less.  I've never owned or shot one but have heard they are not bad, just not much collector interest.  If yours is nice with an intact decal, then $100-150 is my uneducated guess.
