I am considering buying one...I had no idea Bear would still build a bow that heavy by 1966...not gonna be a shooter for these old bones but man what  a conversation piece

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Why not?  That's what collectors are for!

DDave,

Does it have the normal 1966 scalloped sight window or is it a wedge sight window?

Wade I have not seen a picture of it and the owner did not get back to me with the answer to exactly that question...of course it is thanks to you and Dave Harby that I know to ask that question...I will let you know what I find out

I think that it would be fun to string up and shoot a 100 pound bow.  I would have to build a bow press to safely string it.  One shot would probably be all that I care to take.  Of course, I would probably lie about how I used to shoot it all the time when I was younger when someone saw it on the rack.
