no things are not so bad at bd's place I'am getting food or anything like that out of the trash.I got a sample of tip overlays matiral looking very much like the original 1957 Kodiak tip overlay matiral, but its about 50 times stronger.Nope I did not toss the tip overlay matiral in the trash,I'll show you some pics once I get the OK from the manufacture. But here's the pisser,I can not find the fed-X envolope it was shipped in to thank the manufacture for the samples and to say how great I thought it looked and it was tougher then nails. So I dug thru the damn trash and still can not find it.I really like this stuff and wanted to thank you....bowdoc

Do you have any original extra black and white limb tip overlays for a '57 Kodiak ? I have a 56 inch all original model that needs one.
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.

Sleep did you ever see that movie sleepless at bowdocs...Chuck how wide it that limb ? I do have two tip overlays for 1956-1957-ish and can check later this morning.bd

hey Don, the black and white limb tip overlay I am looking for is 3/4 of an inch wide at the base and is 1 3/4 inches long. Do you have anything that might work?
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.

Hey Doc,

I just spoke with Kurt via email and he was attempting to get a friend to prepare some of the material.

Kurt's under the weather with a pretty serious infection folks.  Let's keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
