OK OK maybe not a brain storm. But something I've been thinking about...I was wondering if any of you guy's thought maybe we could ask Terry Green about a section for listing like maybe just older collectable type items from bows arrows old broadheads Fred Bear bowhunter kits..whatever but only older original archery tackle...you know maybe some old pics of Glenn and the boy's.Whatever.Kind of a sub section in the collecters section..I maybe better hold off myself a little while before asking as I may still be in some hot water from last week. But lets see how this goes and we'll go from there..bowdoc

Yeah, good idea.

...and Don, how about a separate section on bow quivers invented by Fred?  WHOOPS!  :knothead:

Actually, great idea!  But Terry may want this in the Classifieds section as "Vintage" or "Collectibles".

It's a nice idea, but I don't really see it the need.

We already have places to list bows, knives, quivers, arrows and broadheads.  A '59 Kodiak is still just a bow.  Who determines what "vintage" is anyway?  It breaks things up unnecessarily imo.
I could see a Collectible section to catch anything else.

One consideration

A while back they cut the collectors forum because there was too much going on.  Eventually they brought it back after many requests.  I would hate to get him to give us something, then take something else away.

I had thought of asking him to open a target and tournament forum featuring FITA, NAA, NFAA...(traditional only) but for the reasons stated above I thought better of it.

Just my thoughts.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

Thats cool just asking,I was just thinking of things like over 30 years old.Which is what the Antique Dealers uses as a guide if it's over 30 years old its an antique...One section for that you could see everything in the same place rather then however many we have..but it was just a thought....bd

could be called a "vintage"  section, just a thought.
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.
