Hello all.

This bow is advertised as a «great condition» «still shoots straight» 1953 Kodiak...

I know it is not a 1953 (common mistake to read the pat. date as the built date) but with the pics and my limited knowledge of Kodiaks, I cannot date or even confirm that this is actually a Kodiak. The seller did not come back to me with any additional pics yet.

Any comments or insights anyone?

Thanks a bunch

Simon

It's a 1962. I'm working on buying it too!   :bigsmyl:  CKruse

Hmmmm. 61, I like that answer.

I wonder what the star shape glare/flash in the first pic is. Could it be the stamped star of a refinished bow?

ckruse. What can a guy do to make you look the other way?

DAVE1275

He told me he got a guy picking it up tonight. He said if he don't show I got dibbs on it. But who knows how many other people he said that too.  Dave

The bow is sold. Not to me. The seller wrote saying that I could drop by to pick it up. He is near Philadelphia and I am in Montreal... With traffic and all it would have taken too much time.

PAPALAPIN

He coulda shipped it for 20 bucks

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

I wish he woulda .... Someone just dropped by with a $100 bill and took the bow.
