due to recent back back surgery I bought a LH Bear Kodiak Hunter serial # 7T6578. 40 LBS @ 28 draw I needed a low pound bow to get back startd shooting again, I am just wondering if some one could tell me what year this bow was made.

Thank You

The '67 was the first year for the Kodiak Hunter.  This makes it possibly the most collectible Kodiak Hunter provided it is in decent shape.  For me, the '67 is the only Kodiak Hunter that I would be interested in, but in a right hand.

Don't know how much you paid for it, but you got a good one.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

Doug: The sweet spot on mine is 81/4". All the K/H seem to like 8 - 81/2.  Mike
