Being a novice collector I have already gleaned a wealth of knowledge here but I need to clear this up as I am attempting to get all the '58 models represented. According to Al Reader the Cub semi-recurve was produced from '55 to '58, it is my understanding that the Cub was not offered in '58 but was replaced by the Alaskan. Also Mr. Reader lists the Panda from '59 to '61 but it appears in the '58 catalog. Does anyone know if these two models were available in '58?

Thanks!

It's better to shoot for the moon and hit the fence post than to shoot for the fence post and hit the ground!

The Cub was not in the catalogs from 1958 thru 1961. It reappeared in 1962.

The cub wasn't offered in '58-'61.  I've haven't seen a '58 Panda yet, but I haven't been looking for one either  :)

My understanding is that Al Reader is the "GARU" of old Bear bows.  If he said it, you can pretty much write it in stone.

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.
