What is this bow?

I have this bow and was wondering if anyone knew what it was. It is 68 inches long and has large tips and overlays.

Thanks for the pic help. Just want to know who made this thing. Large tips,wood overlays both sides. Original small leather strikeplate rug. Looks well made and not a self bow. Maybe someone will recognize the tips or the woodwork.
