Enough for buff?

Not to beat a dead horse here, but is this setup good to go for water buff?

Bow-
69#@28" Horne recurve, drawn 28 1/2", 15 strand (I think) FF string

Arrow-
AD Hammerhead @ 770gr total weight (approx, don't have a scale), 3-5" banana fletch's, cap wrap, 100gr brass insert, 100gr adapter, BH is STOS 160

I could get more weight up front with a heavier BH, but am trying to use componants I already have.

It's on the light end but if you do your part and get close it will do the trick. I'd recommend changing the tip of the STOS to a chisel tip or tanto tip so they dont curl on you. If your STOS's are brand new they may have the newer tanto tip on them, older ones do not.
