Figure out your Ft lbs of energy...example
Bow Speed = 189 fps
Arrow Weight = 640 grains

189x189x640 divided by 450240 = 50.77 ft lbs of energy.
We did a lot of bow testing over the years with different bow and arrow weights to determine our ft lbs of energy
