Wild turkey breasts...how I do them.

Over&Under

Butterfly the breasts...layer in green chilies and cream cheese, wrap up and wrap in bacon...put in the smoker with rum soaked chips.

Did it tonight in fact with this years turkey and it was amazing!

Forgot a pic...sorry, it was too good and was gone before I could snap one:)

Sounds good.

We slice em thin stuff them with Jalepeno wrap them in Bacon and grill .
