Need a good deer hash recipe for canning

Surely someone has a good recipe for deer hash?!! An older woman years ago who lived out in the country near me made some and canned it in quart mason jars. Had some corn, onions and maybe potatoes in it.So good you could eat it right out of the jar cold ! Let me know what you have, man i miss this stuff !
