Oh there are soo good I just had to post the recipe. Contrary to the name there were no Buffalos injured while making this recipe.

Ingrdients:
1. Jalepeno Peppers (as many as you think you can eat.
2. Little Smokies cocktail weenies, or substitute venison slim jims or any other type of sausage.
3. Cream Cheese (room temperature)
4. Bacon

First you split your Jalepenos in half, and depending on how hot you like things either remove the seeds and the while liner of the pepper for a milder appetizer, or leave them in for a little more heat.
Next put some cream cheese in the pepper, I like to put the cheese in a plastic sandwich bar and cut a little corner off and use it to squeeze out the cheese.
Some people like to season thier cream cheese with some Paprika, season sat, chipotle powder, or anything else you can think of.
Next, put a little smokie on top of the cheese (or whatever else your using) and wrap the Jalepeno half in bacon and put a toothpick through it to hold it all together.

Next throw on the smoker at 220-250 for an hour or two, depending on how well done and crispy you like the bacon.
Lasty, eat them up. Be warned to make a large batch as they will disapear in a hurry.
I've also done these on the Grill, but they are so much better with the additional smoke flavor from the smoker.

Al Dente

Cut the tops off and seed with a veggie peeler or thin knife.
mix together hot italian sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and some onion powder.
stuff the jalapenos with the mixture
top with 1/3 bacon slice and secure with a toothpick
smoke for an hour or bake in an oven for 40 minutes.
ABT's, so good you'll smack your mamma.

Al, Do you use uncooked sausage in the mixture?

Angus

Whoa!  I may have to bring these to the Oregon Rabbit Revival in April!

10-4.  Uncooked.  Mix in the other ingredients, stuff, wrap with bacon and cook.  Then stash them away from the crowd.

Uhh, just made the first recipe and it turned out great, now how do I keep the family and neighbors from making threats of bodily injury until I make some more?

Those were awesome!!!

Oh wow... those sound really good.  My husband and I both enjoy spicy foods.  The name is hilarious.  I wonder if it would taste just as good with habineros.
