Looking for receipe for pickled eggs &onions

Had a good receipe years ago but lost it. Anyone have a good one.  All I remeber is it had boiled eggs, smoked polish sausage, lots of onions and jalapeno peppers.  Good camp snack......  Thanks, Al

Longshadow mix up any vinegar pickling solution and add what you want eggs, sausage(precooked) peppers,cauliflower... whatever turns You on. Any decent cookbook should have a pickling recipe.GOOD LUCK

Try a vinegar base bar-b-q sauce preferably an eastern N.C. one. Nothing else needed.
