PANCAKES Who Likes'em....

OK here is something I think some of you guys might like. I am a breakfast freak, Love to make all kinds of breakfast foods pancakes being my favorite. If you like mint and chocolate then you will love this. Mint Chocolate chip pancakes. I take 2-3 cap full of pepermint extract and poor it into the 2 cup mixture of pancake mix after the water is in. Then either take hersheys kisses and chop them up or regular chocolate chips and then cook like normal. If you want to get fancy and fun for your kids add some green food coloring.. After they are cooked Top off with some butter and they are ready to eat. Not sure how the maple syrup would taste but it is worth a shot. I am going to make some now. ENJOY!!!!
