INFO: Trad Archery for Bowhunters



smoked butterfly's wrapped in bacon....

take 6 or 8 tenderloin butterfly's slice a onion thin put one slice of onion in the center of butterfly then wrap with bacon add salt and pepper to taste ...put in smoker ...smoke till internal temp reaches 150 ...add your favorite barba q sauce to dip .....
very easy very good ....
this can also be cooked over a open fire or grill!

Top this off with stuffed and smoked jap pepper toppers and a cold beverage of choice and you have a meal fit for a king, or at least a camp full of Traditional bowhunters. Makes me hungrey just thinking about it. Thanks for the recipe.
