INFO: Trad Archery for Bowhunters

Hope to make it up very soon though(come on Oct.)

Cut up Apples and Sweet Potatos and cover the bottom of a baking dish(on layer thick)  
Melt butter(have to play with amount)
Mix with Brown Sugar and chopped peacans(nuts are optional)
Place about half(or a whole one) of a backstrap on top of Apples and potatos, cover with AL foil, and stick in the oven @ 350 d.
After about 40 mintutes(@) baste meat with juice in tray.
60 to 90 minutes, again have to play with time.

Me and friend thought this one up the other night, gonna try it real soon I hope.  If someone gets brave and tries it before then, let me know how it turns out.
