As you guys know that I changed to a correct grip I notice my bow arm shoulder is getting tired and sore easier then before, is this normal?

I believe I was locking my elbow out, maybe arms knows some drill so I can keep my alignment.

Kyle,
I think the bow arm should be totally relaxed and feel like a 2X4 beam that is brace between your shoulder (down and back) and the bow hand grip.  Don't push, flex, just a beam.  Think about how you are when standing on your feet.  The bones in your legs are just straight and muscle use is minimal.

Do NOT lock the elbow, just straight.

Are you willing to give up what you are; to become what you could be?
