Hey guys I have know idea what's going on!

Recently I have been shooting quite well my groups have been tight out to 30 yards problem is they are consistently low. I'm an "instinctive" shooter meaning I stare at what I want to hit and send the arrow.
Now I find myself constantly changing things to see if I can get the arrows to come up. With opening day less then a month away I'm starting to stress out which as you all know only helps to make things worse. Any ideas why I can't seem to get these arrows to come up? I figured my mind should be making the necessary adjustments but it's not!!!

Make sure your bow hand stays on the target till the arrow impacts!

Make sure your string elbow isn't too high!  (Usually people have the other problem: too low of an elbow can cause high misses)

Make sure your anchor hasn't moved up!  A 1/8" difference in anchor can make a 4-6" difference in POI at the target.

Make sure your nocking point hasn't slipped up. That will cause low arrows.

Like said keep that bow arm up until after the arrow impacts the target, dropping your bow arm with throw arrows low big time.
