Not too bad Kevin.  I do have some suggestions for you to think about. (and maybe try)

1.  Draw on the level (horizon) then bend at the waist to lower to target.  The first "form" rule is to keep your bow arm 90 degrees to your spine.
2.  When you lift to draw, keep your head up and pull the string to your head.  You are laying your head over to the string.  Bring the string to you , don't go to get it.
3.  You are drawing past your anchor point then moving your hand forward to anchor.  This kills your back tension.  See how your elbow moves back during the draw then forward to anchor then back again?  Draw ONLY to your anchor position, not past it.
4.  You have a majority of your weight on your left leg/foot.  Get the weight equal and don't lean forward.

These are suggestions only, as you don't mention what you are really looking for; so my answer is based on just general form execution and not a specific application.

Are you willing to give up what you are; to become what you could be?

thanks moebow.  I do notice that. When i do miss, it is often to the right due to what i feel like is collapsing form.
