Would like to see your game harvests using a 40# - 45# bow if you have one. Game and bow pics especially.   :D

Yeah, the pink really shows up good to my eyes and makes following the arrows path easy.

Brandon, what kind of animal is that and what kind of broadhead did you use?

Pat B kills hogs all the time with his Mohawk, I think it's around 45#'s.With the right set up that's all you need for most anything that most of us hunt!

Rod Jenkins had posted his two gigantic Texas hogs from the last two years with his 40# ILF setup. If I remember correctly he shot completely through one and the other he buried the broadhead in the off side shoulder.

Outstanding pics Kenny! Thanks for sharing. I may be having a new longbow built soon but, had some shoulder trouble this past year, and I may be getting it in the 45# range as opposed to the 50#'s I had planned.

Glad you brought this up TW. I was wondering the same question.  I am having a bow built and I thought it may be too light for what I chase out here in AZ.   :dunno:  Or what bows I am used to shooting.

Wannabe1

Well, with a minimum of 50#'s for elk here in Oregon, this will put me out of hunting for them. Will just have to be happy with deer sized game and below.
