Yes, I have had the privilege of attending several events where he was. He is a true southern gentleman, and a darn good archer.

I had many opportunities to talk with Mr. Ferguson over the decades.  A great and humble guy, who passion for the longbow and hunting is still as bright as the first time I talked with him.  Always, willing to share information and help.  A very earned and welcome member of Archery hall of fame.
