For those those of you that use VPA 3 blades, what exact head do you use most? Please include weight and cut width.

I know the Arkansas Mafia's, PDK's and KAZ's

Also, do any of you use the Small Game Thumper?

Thanks in advance.....  :campfire:

I usually shoot 1 1/4' 250 gr.  1 1/8' 190/200 is next.  When I'm not shooting Snuffer.  All glue on.

On 2219 I use 1 1/8 inch  250gr screw in. For wood arrows 1 1/8 inch190 gr or 250gr glue on. I don't see the 250 glue-on on site though.

For black bear I use 1 1/4 250 screw in.

Been shooting the 125 grain non vented 1 1/8" for years. My go to head for deer/ bear/ elk. I sharpen them on a 6" pvc pipe with sand paper. Awesome heads

Possum Head

As far as Broad heads I've only used the 2 blade Penetrators. The Thumpers are sweet for Bullfrogs. The shock helps put em down quick!

meathead

When I'm shooting 3 blades it's the 160 gr. glue on. I use the thumpers a lot too just for stumping.

Don't see the 250 grain 1 1/4" glue on either.  Must not be a market for them.

Just got confirmation from VPA that 250 grain glue on heads are no more.  Be careful with the ones you have.  Even the 250 gr SGT are discontinued.

I use the glue on 3 blade heads in 160, 190, and 250 grain on wood carbon or aluminum. The latter two will have screw in broadhead adapters applied in either aluminum or steel depending upon setup.

Yes, first year using the Thumpers.

When I use a 3 blade is the VPA 250 grs 1-1/4. My arrows are mostly FMJ.

Really disappointed in the reduced glue-on options available.
