I just bought a Howard Hill Wesley special. Having trouble with the hand wrist position on the dished grip. Where do I apply the most pressure ? Where do I line up my hand lifeline. Any help would be appreciated.

First I'm no expert. But I have read and seen video of John Schultz who was HH hunting buddy and tracker. You can go on YouTube and look up a fairly good video of: John Shultz- Hitting 'Em Like Howard Hill. But in a nutshell HH said "Heel the Bow". Jason Samkowiak Who has a fantastic YouTube channel and a podcast by the same name also discusses this. He shoots a ASL and it is gripped like a HH bow. Lots of videos of him shooting it and showing it.
Maybe that will help. But again I'm NO EXPERT.

Some have problems with grips, and I have my favorites and some I don't care for, but I can shoot just about any grip.

The key for me is to 'yeild to the grip'.  Hold the bow, close your eyes, and draw the bow just a couple a three inches and feel where she wants to lay.  Repeat this over and over and it will come to you sooner or later.  Just concentrate on letting her go where she wants to.

And yes, that grip will include more heel that other type grips.

Best of luck.
