If I would of had a larger piece of Bocote wood, I would have 2 risers :thumbsup:

This is what I came up with. I just sat the lams between a couple blocks for the pic. Mosaic lam is .050 and the outside lams are .030. I flexed a test piece of the mosaic and wood broke before the glue joints.

That is exactly how I do mine. I usually use coretuff. Pre-glueing helps with tighter radius'
